1. Enhanced communication to members so that all members, regardless of age or ability, feel engaged and connected to the Club
2. Find ways to support success at every level
3. Create plans and policies that will support long-term growth
4. Enhance the Summer Program
5. Build on site boat repair shop and improve grounds
